Requirements:
- Age: 19–29 years old.
- Football Skills: Advanced playing or coaching experience preferred.
- Teaching Skills: Passion for coaching and mentoring children and youth.
- Experience: Prior experience in coaching, camps, or sports leadership is a plus.
- Training: Completion of an intensive Camp Counselor and Sports Coach training program (provided).
- Teamwork: Energetic, adaptable, and ready to work in a diverse team environment.
- Commitment: Available for 4 to 6 weeks from late June to late August.
