As a Camp Counselor at our Adventure Camp in Walsrode, you’ll have the chance to guide campers through exciting outdoor activities such as hiking, zip-lining, or kayaking, while also leading team-building exercises and adventure sports.

As a Camp Counselor, you’ll lead thrilling outdoor activities, mentor campers, and inspire personal growth in a vibrant international setting.
This role offers a unique blend of leadership development, outdoor adventure, and cross-cultural exchange. If you’re passionate about adventure sports and working with youth, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and create lifelong memories!
Along the Offer:
• One week Training

• 24hr Emergency Support
• Pick-up at train station & transport to training site
• Processing of Volunteer Permit
Requirements:
- Age: 19+ by the program start date.
- Language Skills: Fluent English speaker; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but experience in leadership or youth mentoring is preferred.
- Training: Must participate in an intensive Camp Counselor training program (provided).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment: Available for 4 to 12 weeks from mid-June through late August.
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic about outdoor activities, adventure sports, and working in a multicultural environment.
