BC Explorer Paddle Expedition

Traditional Summer Camp

Gambier Island

B. Columbia

Canada

Experience the BC wilderness and transform into a leader with our gateway.

Welcome to the world of expeditions, where adventurers of all levels come together to experience the magic of midnight stargazing, sunset canoe journeys, hidden waterfalls, and lifelong friendships. BC Explorer provides the opportunity to develop self-direction, positive peer relationships, outdoor leadership skills, and an understanding of current events while surrounded by the stunning backdrop of BC's Wild West Coast.

We offer two 6-day options in different locations, Sechelt Explorer and Howe Sound Explorer, which alternate each week. This allows for flexible scheduling, with the option to sign up for both back-to-back. To accommodate siblings who want to experience the adventure together but prefer to be in separate groups, we lead two groups simultaneously: Junior in one area and Seniors in another.
