Your In-Bound and Out-Bound flights into your destination country are not included in the fee.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your date of arrival and departure are according to the start of the training and the end of your placement.

GROUND
Getting from the airport to your campsite is arranged with your camp, which will send you directions before you travel. Airport pick-up is not included unless your placement offer says so.

375 euros in total: a 75 euro pre-interview fee, and a 300 euro confirmation fee once you accept a placement offer.

Do I need a work permit?

Depends for which program you apply, and your citizenship:

EUROPE 
- You do not need any Visa/Permit, if you can enter the European Union as a tourist.
(Citizens from the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Peru, Mexico, New Zealand & Australia).

- If you do require a Visa/Permit to enter the EU as a tourist, upon your participation being confirmed, we will send you a format letter which you should include in your paperwork with the European consular office.

-If the program you apply for is longer than 90 days, you will be required to obtain a Permit for extension.

If a participant is caught consuming alcohol, cigarettes or any other drug, it will be grounds for immediate dismissal from the program.

What Does my Child Need To Bring To Camp? Is Bringing A Laptop Feasible?

We understand that for traveling and communication reasons, it might be very convenient to travel with electrical gadgets. However, we encourage campers to unplug, to connect with nature during their time at camp you can bring a cell phone or a tablet, and we will keep it safe at the office, and permission to use it would be up to the head staff's criteria. As for other items, you will get a packing list later on, along with your Welcome Package.

Are Campers Allowed To Bring And Use Their Mobile Phones?

If they do, as a general rule they will be asked to leave it in the safe at the office, and they will have about 20 minutes a day to use it.

Why do I need to pay for an interview?

The Pre-Interview Deposit is a commitment based agreement, by the applicant.

It means that the applicant has read and understands the rules, scope, and commitments that involves by taking part in any of our programs.

So, for us, this is also the best way to filter between serious candidates and others. If we were to interview every interested (but not committed person), then we would be working thousands of hours for nothing.

Please note that:

-The pre-interview deposit will be refunded to you if International Camps Network does not offer you a placement in any of its programs.

-In case you withdraw from the application process, it will be forfeited.

-In case you obtain a placement offer from International Camps Network, this fee will be deducted as the administrative fee charged by ICN for handling your file.
