First aid certificate

Most Camps offer a First aid course during their training week. If your Camp does NOT offer it, you will need a certified course, which combines e-learning at your own pace with a 4hr live session with other camp counselor participants via TEAMS.

• NCR must be less than 1 year old.

• NCR must include the clause allowing you to work with the vulnerable sector (children & elderly).

• Online services are not accepted.

• NCR must be issued, signed, and stamped by a Federal or State/Province Police department (local authorities, such as city or county, are not accepted).

If obtaining the NCR independently seems challenging, we often use a specialized international agency that assists many of our participants each season. They ensure the NCR is obtained in person and meets all the necessary requirements.

As you prepare for your adventure at camp, having reliable medical expenses coverage is required  as by law you must be covered.

• For EU citizens participating in Europe, a copy of your EHIC - European Health insurance Card - will suffice.

• For UK citizens participating in Europe, a copy of your GHIC - UK Global Health Insurance Card - will suffice.

• For all others, you’re required to submit either a private insurance with international coverage, or a travel insurance with medical expenses coverage during the full length of your placement.

TKT - Ticket

We require proof of your Commitment to attend training / placement by submitting a copy of your plane, bus or train ticket showing your journey from your home to Camp demonstrating you will be able to show up on time for the start of your program. 

This serves as a general commitment, so we can save your spot and have you on the go-list.

• Origin

• Destination

• Confirmation Code

• Your full Name

• Departure

• Arrival Date & Time
