Leadership Camp
This camp helps youth discover their leadership potential through physical and mental challenges. Campers learn to navigate pressure, improve decision-making, and identify leadership qualities. They’ll co-lead activities and receive feedback, growing through hands-on experience. A highlight is the 72-hour hike where participants use maps and compasses to navigate the countryside. Along with enjoying camp activities like archery and climbing, campers earn a Leadership Award and First Aid Certificate, preparing them for future leadership roles.

Whether hiking through scenic trails or enjoying water activities, this picturesque town offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable summer adventures.

Nestled between Hamburg and Hannover in northern Germany, our campsite spans over 150,000 m², offering a vast playground for adventure seekers and creative campers alike. Within walking distance of a traditional North German village, the site includes fields, forest, a private lake with a sandy beach, and 12 diverse activity areas. From kayaking, water trampolining, and raft building to survival training, high ropes climbing, and creative workshops, there’s something exciting for everyone in this unique summer camp setting.
