This 6-month program begins with intensive training that covers leadership, adventure sports, environmental awareness, and experiential learning models.
During the 20-week placement, you’ll apply your skills in real-world camp settings across Europe, including Ireland, Spain, England and Germany.
You’ll be involved in various roles, such as camp counselor, group leader, or program director, gaining valuable practical experience. Accommodation, meals, and a weekly stipend are provided during the placement.
You’ll also earn certifications in High Ropes and TEFL.

Requirements:
- Applicants must be 21 or older by June 16th.
- Strong communication, organizational, and social skills are required.
- English fluency is essential, and a positive, adaptable attitude toward outdoor living is crucial.
- Applicants must be independent, responsible, and committed to the program.
- A Class B driver’s license is preferred.
- Three interviews and the documentation process must be successfully completed.
- High resilience and proactivity are needed for intensive training and camp placements.
