Long Lake Camp For The Arts
Long Lake offers child-directed personal schedules for each camper. Everyone will build and create a schedule to include exactly what they wish to do each and every day. We offer 7 one-hour activity periods a day. If a camper has chosen to be in a performance ( dance, circus, or theater ) 2 activity periods are reserved for rehearsal daily. This still allows time in their day for campers to partake in some other creative activities. Our Unit Leaders provide a source of comfort and guidance to the campers and will be a key part of the communication with campers' family back home.

Program Overview
- Long Lake Camp For The Arts is a specialty program that offers amazing Performing, Fine Arts, and Music study along with some great outdoor fun. At Long Lake, you can work on Performing Arts, Musical Theater or Plays, Technical Theater, Dance, Circus, Fine Arts, Rock, Film, Acting, Improv, Horseback, Sports, Waterfront, and Make Lasting Friendships. All of our campers get to create their schedules so they can get involved in exactly what they're most excited about. We have 7 one-hour activity periods a day for the campers to fill. If they choose to be in a performance 2 activity periods will be assigned for rehearsals, the remaining periods are open for your camper to mix and match their activities daily.
Are camp program is unique to each camper on a personal level. Being that they choose daily activities gives them the opportunity to engage in the activities that excite them the most. They can always branch off and try new activities they didn't know they'd like. With the smaller-sized camper enrollment and an unbelievable camper-to-staff ratio, campers are well looked after and we provide an environment that feels safe and inclusive. Our staff is always available to chat with anyone who is feeling a little off and our open communication with parents keeps the parents in the loop on their child as well as weekly scheduled calls from both your campers unit leader and camper themselves.
