6 weeks at camp

CampCamp Europe

RoleCamp counselor, seniors 12 to 15

A director at Camp Europe, on international teamers

What makes us choose someone is usually the motivation: how excited they are for a new experience, and that they understand what they are getting into.

Would hire again

Before
It is always a worry how flexible an international counselor is, and whether they can adapt well to the international environment.
Arrival
The international staff usually come prepared. They receive the manual on packing, what to bring and what to expect.
During the season
They bring new energy, new games and activities from home, and a language and culture the children meet every day. "Where are you from?" becomes a real conversation, and the children discover their world is much bigger than their hometown.

180 to 200 staff per season

5 · In her words

Saffron, after the summer
