“I am having a gap year to see what I would like to study. I ran my own tutoring business and it was one of the most rewarding things I have done, so I want to combine my love of teaching with my love for the outdoors.”

A director at Camp Europe, on international teamers

Being a director, or at first a counselor, at Camp Adventure is a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences, in the best way possible. You bond with the kids, and with teamers from all over the world, with different values, attitudes and opinions, and explore together how to step outside your own comfort zone.

5 · In his words

James, after the summer

Camp, in one word

Riotously fun

★★★★★

“I was surprised at just how memorable it really could be. You are surrounded by young people who are all a similar energy, all so excited for the next adventure, there to have fun. I was struck by how many like minded people could be in one place.”
