About Camp

BC Explorer Paddle Expedition offers an outdoor leadership experience like no other. With two six-day expeditions—Sechelt Explorer and Howe Sound Explorer—campers will paddle through BC’s scenic coastal inlets, learning essential canoeing, wilderness survival, and leadership skills. Each day brings new challenges, whether it’s navigating open waters, setting up camp, or exploring secret waterfalls. Teens will bond over campfire stories and nutritious, self-cooked meals while building a deep connection with their peers and nature.

Sechelt Inlet on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast is a paddler’s paradise, surrounded by majestic forests, towering mountains, and sparkling waters. This pristine wilderness is home to diverse wildlife, including seals, otters, and even bioluminescent creatures lighting up the shore at night. Secluded campsites offer peaceful retreats, while the natural beauty and serene atmosphere make this a perfect location for teens to unplug, recharge, and fully immerse themselves in the magic of the West Coast.

This six-day expedition immerses participants in the stunning wilderness of British Columbia’s coastline, navigating through sparkling waters and setting up camp on remote beaches. Each day brings new adventures—whether it's paddling beneath forested cliffs, swimming in secret coves, or sharing stories by the campfire under starlit skies. It's a blend of adventure and serene beauty, perfect for leadership development and outdoor skills.
