Requirements:
- Age: 19–29 years old.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
- Teaching Skills: Passion for teaching and mentoring children and youth.
- Experience: Preferred but not required—prior experience in camps, coaching, or group leadership.
- Training: Completion of an intensive Camp Counselor and Language Coach training program (provided).
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic about outdoor activities and team-oriented environments.
- Commitment: Available for 4 to 6 weeks from late June to late August.
