As a Football Coach at our Adventure Camp in Walsrode, your mornings and afternoons will be filled with football activities. You’ll guide campers through fun drills, games, and team-building exercises designed to improve their skills and enhance their understanding of the sport. Your sessions will focus on making football enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding, while also helping campers build confidence and learn the importance of teamwork.
When you're not coaching, you’ll step into the role of Camp Counselor. This includes overseeing outdoor adventure activities like hiking, and group games. You’ll also be a mentor, helping campers with social skills, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that the camp runs smoothly. This dynamic role offers a balance of football coaching and camp counseling, where you can develop your leadership skills and form meaningful connections with campers from around the world.

Placement profile:
As a Football Coach at our Adventure Camp in Walsrode, Germany, you’ll have the unique opportunity to combine your passion for football with an adventurous camp experience.
In the morning and afternoon, you’ll lead football training sessions, focusing on skill development, team-building, and having fun while enhancing the campers' abilities. The rest of your time will be spent as a Camp Counselor, guiding outdoor activities, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that each camper has an unforgettable experience.
This is a perfect role for those who want to share their love for football while working in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

Requirements:
- Age: 19+ by the program start date.
- Football Experience: Previous football coaching or playing experience is beneficial but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment: Available for 4 to 12 weeks from mid-June through late August.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, positive, and adaptable, with a passion for working with young people and being part of an active, international team.
- Training: Must complete Camp Counselor training, including basic football coaching techniques.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable leading and participating in active, outdoor activities.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is preferred to communicate with international campers and staff.
