About Our Staff:
- Our international team of staff is highly motivated and passionate about creating unforgettable camp experiences.
- Aged between 19 and 29, they bring diverse perspectives and exceptional energy. Many have previous experience as camp counselors and everyone holds First Aid certifications.
- Each team member undergoes a thorough screening process, including an interview and a non-criminal record check, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all campers.
- Their dedication and professionalism make them invaluable to our programs.

Requirements:
- Age: 19–29 years old.
- Language Skills: Native English speaker.
- Teaching Skills: A passion for teaching and mentoring children and youth.
- Experience: Preferred but not required—prior experience in camps, coaching, or group leadership.
- Training: Must complete an intensive Camp Counselor and Language Coach training program (provided).
- Adaptability: Open to outdoor activities and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment: Available for 4-6 weeks of placement between late June to late August.
