- Aged between 19 and 29, they bring diverse perspectives and exceptional energy. Many have previous experience as camp counselors and everyone holds First Aid certifications.
- Each team member undergoes a thorough screening process, including an interview and a non-criminal record check, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all campers.
- Their dedication and professionalism make them invaluable to our programs.

Requirements:
- Age: 19+ by the program start date.
- Language Skills: Fluent English speaker; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but leadership or youth mentoring experience is preferred.
- Training: Participation in an intensive Camp Counselor training program (provided).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment: Available for 4 to 6 weeks from mid-June through late August.
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic about outdoor activities and working in diverse teams.
