General Aspects:

Requirements:
Age: Must be at least 18 years old (select junior staff roles available for senior high school students).
Certifications:
Lifeguarding: Minimum Bronze Cross (National Lifeguard preferred).
First Aid: Current Standard First Aid with CPR C certification.
Experience: Demonstrated ability to work with children and youth in group or leadership settings.
Availability:
Summer roles: Full-time commitment from June to August.
Spring/Fall roles: Availability during May–June or September–October.
Attributes: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for outdoor education and youth development.
Specialized Skills: Experience in camp programs (e.g., swimming, arts, outdoor activities) is highly valued.
