Based on my experiences working with children and as a group leader, I believe I would make a great candidate for InterCampNet. Throughout my time as a gaming coach, organizer of activities, volunteer at a rescue center, and assistant in a ski school, I have honed my leadership and communication skills. I am able to work well with young people and create a positive and encouraging environment, while also being able to manage a team of volunteers and work towards a common goal. My passion for working with children and creating safe and fun environments would make me a valuable addition to InterCampNet.

In addition to my experiences working with children and as a group leader, I am also passionate about camping. I have been camping since I was a kid in the Patagonia and have grown to love the outdoors and all that nature has to offer. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy and beauty of camping, and I would love to teach others how to camp safely and responsibly. Sharing my love for camping with others and helping them develop their skills in the outdoors would be a dream come true, and I believe that my experience as a group leader and my passion for the outdoors make me an ideal candidate for InterCampNet.

As someone who has worked with children and as a group leader in various settings, I have gained a wealth of experience that has helped me to develop my leadership skills. For over 5 years, I worked as a gaming coach for the popular video game, Overwatch. During this time, I helped my students to develop their gaming skills while also creating a positive and encouraging environment with no toxicity.

In addition to my experience as a gaming coach, I have also organized activities for young kids during my time in high school. This allowed me to make better my planning skills and executing activities that were engaging and age appropriate.

I have also volunteered at a rescue center for dogs, where I took on leadership responsibilities. This experience taught me how to effectively manage a team of volunteers and work towards a common goal, even in stressful situations.

Lastly, I have served as an assistant in a ski school, where I was able to combine my love for skiing with my passion for working with young people. Through this experience, I was able to help children develop their skiing skills while also providing a safe and fun environment.

Overall, my previous experiences working with children and as a group leader have allowed me to develop strong leadership and communication skills, making it easy for me to work with younger people and take the lead on different types of activities.

I am excited about participating in this program as it will provide me with a better understanding of the differences between Canadian and Argentinian ways of camping. Additionally, I am eager to learn new camping skills and knowledge and share my expertise with others. By taking part in this program, I will have the opportunity to continue growing my leadership skills and meet new people. I am particularly looking forward to mentoring kids and immersing myself in a fun experience that will create lasting memories. Overall, I am excited about this program and the potential it holds for personal growth and meaningful experiences.
