As someone who has worked with children and as a group leader in various settings, I have gained a wealth of experience that has helped me to develop my leadership skills. For over 5 years, I worked as a gaming coach for the popular video game, Overwatch. During this time, I helped my students to develop their gaming skills while also creating a positive and encouraging environment with no toxicity.

In addition to my experience as a gaming coach, I have also organized activities for young kids during my time in high school. This allowed me to make better my planning skills and executing activities that were engaging and age appropriate.

I have also volunteered at a rescue center for dogs, where I took on leadership responsibilities. This experience taught me how to effectively manage a team of volunteers and work towards a common goal, even in stressful situations.

Lastly, I have served as an assistant in a ski school, where I was able to combine my love for skiing with my passion for working with young people. Through this experience, I was able to help children develop their skiing skills while also providing a safe and fun environment.
